The development of Edgemere Private Residences is being directed by Marc Hewitt,
President of Niche Development Limited.

master-planned communities including the prestigious CityPlace development in Toronto,
together with Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches and Emirates Hills in Dubai, UAE. Niche is also
leading the development of Twelve-Mile Cay on Long Island, The Bahamas, an innovative 10,000-acre
environmental Sporting Club and Nature Reserve.
